Forestry Mulching and Construction Services

Forestry Mulching- Forestry mulching is the  process of clearing out the underbrush in a wooded area or a vacant lot, mulching the material and returning it to the soil where it returns vital nutrients to the soil. The SVL 95 S 2 is the machine we primarily use and it is is capable of mulch small saplings and trees up to 8 inches in diameter. Forestry mulching is a less invasive approach to clearing land than using an excavator and dozer to remove the stumps and brush. It helps with erosion control by not disturbing the root systems and topsoil leaving everything in place and adding a layer of mulch on top to assist in prevent wash out from forming.

• House Pad Construction-  House pad construction is a detailed process of removing debris from the desired area and leveling the ground with the material that is present or bringing in material to elevate the areas needed to make a level area. Using the right material, getting the right compaction and dressing up the location when the job is completed. 
• Pond Construction- Whether you are wanting to build a stock tank to help maintain the aquatic needs of your livestock or you are look for more of the recreational style pond, Frontier Reclamation Services LLC will communicate every step of the way to assure you that we will build your pond to your specifications. Location, size and usage are important in making sure the pond is built right. The equipment used depends on the size of the pond and ground conditions. Smaller pond will be built using a D2 LGP caterpillar dozer, compactor and an excavator. Larger ponds may require the use of a D 6 Caterpillar dozer.  
• Driveways- Driveways can be overlooked and neglected over time. Whether its a new construction or resurfacing an existing driveway, we will grade and apply whatever gravel you prefer.
• Land Clearing- Clearing land has been the preferred method for years when logging companies come through and clear cut tracts of land. Removing the stumps and piling the brush to be burnt is the more efficient way when clearing a tract of land. In areas that burning isn't permitted, the debris will have to be hauled off to a waste fill location. This process adds cost to the project but sometimes it is unavoidable. 
• Right-Of-Ways- For the task of clearing right-of-ways, we use the SVL 95 S2 Kubota Mulcher to clear or maintain highline and pipeline right-of-ways. For the avid hunters in the area, the mulcher is just right to open up small food plot areas and clear shooting lanes.
•  Demolition- A lot of times when land owners but a new piece of property, there is usually an old building that is not in safe usable condition. depending on the size of the build or just random scrap that has accumulated over time, we will use the SVL 95 S2 Kubota with a grapple to load this material up and haul it off.  In the event that a larger machine is needed, an excavator with a thumb attachment will be utilized. This service is not just limited to small buildings, we will remove buildings, scrap, concrete, old driveway material that is not suitable for use anymore, brush that cannot be burned and anything that is not considered to be a hazardous material.
• Hauling Services- With the addition of our T600 Kenworth Dump Truck, we provide services of delivering a variety of material from select fill dirt and topsoil to aggregates for driveways or roads.  We can deliver 12-14 yards of material depending on the weight.
